CDTI oil circulation?

Are there any known issues with oil pressure circulation/pump problems with the cdti (150/04rg), Every time on the first start of the day the oil seems to be a lot slower getting up & around the engine than it used to be, only noticed it recently & today took the oil filler cap off at start up & it does sound dry running for a while, Had the 04rg from new & service it every 5k or so with vx bits & only on about 78k miles so i know its looked after.

There's not any known problems to my knowlege. Sounds like it's worn?

does it use oil? handbook says you can use 5w40.

Its like a new car full stop!, never had to top up EVER between changes & at 78k miles it is very low miles really, engine has vx fully synth 5/30 every change & as said its done every 5k or so, no oil leaks no usage full stop & engine looks & drives as new.

Stick a manual oil pressure gauge in where the electrical one would normally go, can't for the life of me remember where it is on these engines and get someone to start it up as you watch it. I'm sure someone on here will have the oil pressures noted down somewhere.

Tried op com on it but that was after it had been started though, just said 'normal', will try again tomoz on first start up see if its any different.

Still having the noise on first start up & today after starting up i quickly removed oil filler cap & can still hear a dry sqeeking till oil lubricates things!, if anyone out there with a 150 could wip there oil cap off on first start up & have a listen & any feedback would be greatfull.
