Timing belt cover bolts question 1.9 cdti 150

Need a little advice from those who do belts often!

I done my belt and pump about 4 months ago, today I was looking over the engine and noticed a bolt very unscrewed on the bottom of the timing cover right one unscrewed left one missing!!

Are these purely plastic cover bolts (looks like they are as short) I managed to find a bolt for the missing one but could not get it in for the engine mount

Yes.

13mm bolts for the lower part of the timing belt cover.

Often people put only one back as they forget to fit it before re-attaching the engine mount.
