    Eek Airbag Advice

    Ok here goes...

Had a blowout yesterday culminating in a spin and a nudge of the kerb during which both the passenger seat and passenger curtain airbags fired!!!

The car is fine (so am I), nobody else nor any third party involved.

I had the car recovered home and since had both near-side tyres changed and tracking/geometry checked out ok as did both alloys (battered but ok and running true). No other damage at all!!

All Im left with now is the replacement of the passenger curtain and seat airbags and subsequent tech2 session.

Has anyone replaced either/or airbags and can offer advice ??

The curtain airbag looks dooable but not sure about the seat airbag!

    Any and all advice appreciated...

Hi m8,had mine go off for no reason yesterday, doesn't look to big a problem to replace,I think you have to remove seat and I suspect that there are bolts behind the airbag,
