    Hi All,

Does anyone have or know of a plug in chip for a 1.8 petrol?

Some companies used to sell a resistor that tricked the engine management into feeding in more fuel??

The only proper way to improve performance is by improving intake/exhaust and remapping. But on a NA petrol engine you're not going to get much improvement without massive outlay. Resistor trickery can damage cats etc.

Sell it and buy a diesel if you want to get big gains for little outlay, or a big petrol engine if you can afford to run it :-)

About as useful as a magnet that clips around the fuel pipe.
