Why does engine light come on when i fuel up?

As above im having P0100 code thrown up everytime i fuel up the car. Then it may turn its self off after a few days. Any ideas as to why it comes on straight away after i fill up? And yes lol, i am putting correct fuel in. Lol, i know it could possibly be maf as that code indicates this but ive just had a new fuel filter fitted so could it be this thats fit incorrect? Or is that not possible? Cheers

That's the maf or split hose or a connector not tight on

always a possibility that there is a split pipe to the charcoal canister / purge valve allowing unmetered air into the inlet .
