Recent trip to Courteny spawned these results.

Clutch slipped causing torque to dip and No2 injector was spraying water/methanol all round the room but I have since replaced the seal on that.

Courtenays rollers actually measure the run down resistance of the transmission but because of this they do not measure any of the pumping losses resulting in very low losses of under 20hp at 4000rpm.

The rollers measure road wheel power and they attach to the cars electronics to read the alternator pulses rather than ratioing. This avoids descrepencies in the rev counters and the torque figure is calculated fron the road wheel power, then flywheel figures are generated from the run down losses.

There we go, I had to overlay the power and torque onto the same graph as they came seperate but it was 239bhp, 384lbft.

That's clearly not right :-/

The torque is scaled right but the power I have stretched to the wrong place. As I said, the power maxed at 239bhp according to their run down. It hit 220bhp at 3000rpm ish and fell under 220bhp again around 5300rpm. Not a bad rev range.

There we go, the computer at work was less than adequate but you can now see the road wheel power, which is the measured and therefore most accurate.

What engine is this off of? What mods etc too?

Pretty good figures, must pull very nicely too being a Diesel!

It's a Z19DTH with my smallest hybrid turbo unit.

The 224 road wheel power makes it a very rapid beastie but there is plenty more to come as it is only running 25-26psi by the time it reaches 3500rpm.

I need remapping work to sort out the boost as the demand in the map is 2.1 bar but it peaked at 1.9 bar and fell back to under 1.8 bar for the rest of the run.
