    Default just took the plunge....Hids

    Alright, hope everyone is well

Well after much discussion with myself lol i decided to order some 50w 6000k HIDS. Just had an email today confirming that they have been dispatched wooo!!

Hope to get these fitted at weekend when back from sunny scotland also gonna do wishbone bushes and rear brakes.

Quick question while im on the subject all those with facelifts and have fitted hids due to the rubbish standard lights how much of an improvement was it anyone got any pics? I ask as a lad at work i travel with will soon have killed us en route to scotland as he cant see the road lol

    Many thanks

    Stu

    Good man :-)

You will kick yourself it took you so long to get round to it once fitted.
    Trust me.

Oh i had nothing but trouble with plastic based bulbs. Kept popping out. Got metal based ones in now and the fit is perfect.

I guess its luck of the draw as i know others who had used plastic based one fine but then again i know others who had the same experience as me.

    Hi mate.

Yep im almost there with the led change. Got bored of blue so now gone red and white. My package from Hong Kong came today too :-)

X8 48 red sad led pads for the boot, cubby hole and foot wells. May fit some tonight if i can.

Will pop out soon and take a few pics of my hids for your mate.

Just tucking the kids into bed at the mo.

    Cheers

    Chris
