Help Needed please

Hey thanks for looking,

I noticed today that when i turn the wheel full lock both ways when driving and stationary there is 3 knocking sounds each way, which i have never noticed before and i aint got a clue as what it could be,

so if you have any ideas or had the same problem could you let me know so i can get it done asap thanks

dont know if it will make a difference but its a 2004 veccy ls 1.8 petrol

Id jack on side up and check for any play in the various components
