Limp mode???

Hi all this morning when I got to work I turned car off as normal but then when I turned iton I didn't start easily and when it did there was a pic of engine with a spanner through it on dash. And I have no control over accelerator pedal (no revs) and car would on,you go visit slow any help appreciated. Been out since and all seems okay

I managed to get fault codes up these are as follows 1565. 2103. 0136. 1525. 1550. 1525 can anyone tell me what these mean??

P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P1565 Cruise Servo Position Sensor
P2103 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit High
P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit
P1525 Limp home position sensor
P1550 Electronic Throttle Control Engine Stop

I'm gonna clean throttle body. Is there owt else knows can do to sort this. Also I noticed when under car today that there's a slight blow on exhaust after 1st cat can this be problem???
