Rear Control Arm Change

Can someone please direct me to a how to on changeing the rear control arms (banana shaped) on a vectra c turbo please

Dude I'm only down the road to you if you need a pointer or a hand there easy but quite fiddly I did mine about 4 weeks ago

Yeah no problem mate i never took the springs off tho! And found it easier bending a 18 spanner to suit the job lol

Hi mate can you elaborate on why you needed the bend in the 18mm? I'll be doing this job next weekend that's all and any tips are welcome

The spanner slips off with the existing bend/forged curve so I bent it back slightly about an inch further up ill find it out and take a pic for you before the weekend.
