Default major clutch problems - bled to death still the same

ive done a new clutch and made sure it's exactly the m32 gearbox parts ive used as my box is m32 double checked the reciepts all state for m32 gearbox

ive bled the clutch and contiously kept it topped up to the brim after each bleed session, the nipple is practically rounded now

however ive also used an easy bleeder which showed air bubbles before and now it is clear with fluid no bubbles at all, tightend the nipple back up

clkutch feels the same as last night very soft and only feels tight as the peddle reaches the bottom however this is the biting point (really forcing my leg down) and if im lucky i can barely get it into 1st or reverse gear

    im all out of ideas

    can anyone assist?

i followed the how2 and the clutch springs were very low like this picture (whereas they are normally raised much higher when you buy the spring on its own) it was a luk clutch kit, and the spring mechanism hadn't been altered at all
