F********** pot holes!!!

Right people without me getting too upset ive hit a fricking pothole and buckled the wheel (this is the second time ive messed a wheel up)
Im in a bit of a situation where i need a wheel ASAP even if its just to loan for a few day until i can get a new wheel sorted.
Does anyone have a wheel and tyre about for sale? they only 16 inch wheels. or know anywhere that does a next day delievery. im in Carterton nearish oxford/abingdon and in a ******* rut

tell me about it,ive got a claim in over 1 of my alloys
which i aint happy because the car almost fell in it.

Just got back from a trip to Riga (Latvia). You should have been on this one road out of/into the city. Potholes, the cars had to slow down to walking pace to manouver round them, as if you went down them at speed a buckled wheel would be a luxury. The pothole would have bent or ripped off the suspention leg. But then they do have more servere weather than us like -15c last week.
Hope you get your wheel sorted out soon though.

have you heard of a site called fixmystreet you send in photos and give the location and the council are then obliged to go and survey it and let you know what action they are taking .i reported a bad pot hole o my route to work 2 days later all fixed email from council b4 and after fixing ,happy days

No hasn't heard of that but will be on it tommorow. Thanks guys i got sorted by a very generous man on eBay. Got 4 17inch gsi wheels with nearly new tyres for 180 the man done me a massive favour as the auction still had nearly 2days to run. It's good there are sill some decent people out there

Good to hear that. It obviously wasn't the set of 17" GSI alloys with fairly duff tyres I spotted on there for £690 then?
