Default HELP! My dash resembles an Oasis album!

Unfortunately that album is Stop The Clocks, all my dials have died. The digital odometer is still there but the speedo, revs, fuel and other gaugges have died. It is a prefacelift 2004 1.8 SRi petrol. Is this likely to be a fuse, if so which one and where will I find it? I'm skint at the minute so if anyone can point me in the direction of a diy fix it would be much apreciated!

Clean the contacts on or just replace fuse 17 in the fusebox at the end of the dashboard (passenger side).

    Cheers Ian,
I've got some spare fuses in the car I'll have a look and see if it's blown. I'll see if any of the sparky's at work have any contact cleaner.

Won't necessarily appear to be blown, but fuses go high resistance after a while and that can be enough. Mine did exactly the same thing several times in a few days, fuse checked out fine, replaced it anyway and it's never done it since.
