You can't you'd have to drain it and refill by removing 2 plugs one under the gearbox and one on the side for refilling.
Auto or manual?
Auto is the green dip stick which is found just to the near side and below the front exhaust manifold, you may need to push over the coolant pipes to see it. Its close enough to burn your hand on the exhaust when hot.
Manual box - haven't a clue
Yeah, it's kind of hidden plus it's secured with a bolt too.
If you are thinking of doing a fluid refresh go for it. I had it done not long back, only the 3 to 4 litres in the sump but it has made changes smoother and quicker, and it seems to lock the torque converter up in 5th more quickly. This was on a 53 plate 3.2 with 78k and no evidence of a change before this.
Does the 3.2 have the F40? I was under the impression it doesn't...?
