    yep dmf and slave being done with brand new gearbox oil and dot 4 brake fluid for slave
    not looking forward to it i tell you that now

    You will need big torx sockets t55 or t60, can't remember for the flywheel bolts, remember to spray paint where the subframe was for aligning it back up.

    the cluth is a bit of a pain to line up is all i can say so be prepared for neck and arm ache.

    thanks guys i have one small problem
    how do i remove this peice (what is it even called) it appears to be connected to the slave cylinder

    Got it off had to use grip pliers and twist it. Taken everything off except subframe and top gearbox mount so hppefully will get this done today

    It should just be a clip that holds the csc hose in, been over a year since I did mine so I can't really remember.

    you are right it was a clip pulled it off, what a nightmare

    have to say vauxhall designed the vectra "over-complicated" i wouldn't remove half the things that i did on other diesels like skodas/passats/etc.

    why are vauxhall design engineers thick as mince??
