Sebastian, i used to use this site a lot but, fell away from it due to the constant site problems with servers, also some folks attitude, like yourself, guess what i used the search button, guess what it did give me loads of results, guess what could probably fit myself not a problem, fitted front and rear sensors with timed relay, additional lights, gutted egr with partial block, guess what have also searched for hid problems and guess what there are also loads of them, my logic is dont mind paying a bit extra for the hids to be fitted, if they go wrong i can turn to the garage that fitted them, rather than have to send them away, people like you make me mad, you must sit and wait for people to post so you can then search their query yourself, so you can then try and act all high and mighty, no need for your post !, thanks for the rest of the meaningfull posts, if it turns out way more expensive for the garage to fit i will probably do so myself, as i did youse the search to find out how it was done.

Oh dear..For all the time it does take to do this just set about it mate. What will a garage charge I don't know £40-£60 quid at a guess. then the cost of your HID kit(do a search on that) your then looking at around £100. Defo worth doing yourself and as said above easy job to do. Even I did it and that's saying a lot lol.

To be fair if you haven't got the time to do stuff it's a fair question. I got a garage to do my last oil change which I'd have been perfectly capable of doing myself had I had the time.
