Saying thank you and goodbye

After almost 6 years of Vectra ownership the time has come to move on. Picked up a 2010 BMW 5 Series M Sport Business Edition yesterday.

The Vec has been a pleasure to own and drive and has been great value to drive but the time has come for a change.

I would like to say thanks to everyone on here for all the useful help and advice over the years and wish you all well. Just hope they're as friendly over on the bimmer forums.

The Vec will be up for sale as soon as I take some pics tomorrow with my username and date in place IAW forum rules.

I'm sure you'll still be welcome here, you can tell us how exactly they make all BMW drivers drive like turds and if it's true that you have to have special software to activate the indicators.

Just a quick word of advice, maybe not use the name Pompey-Pimp, driving that motor (especially if it has tints) they might take you literally!

She's going in this week for Ceramic coating so shouldn't be too hard to keep clean hopefully
