    Default Tunig Box my views

Recived this from Autobrite on wed (a pleasure to deal with btw) Took the car for a small ride to see if all was fine with it being fitted, Didnt really notice much on the roads and took it on the motorway where it felt much quicker.

Tonight i gave it a real running to see how it felt and what i thought Boy It put a smile on my face, I even gave a 525i a run for its money and wiped the smile right off the owners face

The CDTI 150 with the box fitted is indeed a quick car and all this for 50 odd quid

Depends on how you drive m8, any tuning be it either a remap or a box will affect the engine if driven like it was stolen all day long.
Fuel economy will be slightly better as you don't need to push the throttle so much for the same result. Trip computer will read wrong by around 5-10% but i never trust that for consumption figures anyhow

I am not 100% but if anything i think if driven sensibly it improves consumption slightly maybe because the more power the car has the less effort its putting in. I am sure some one will correct me if im wrong
