Thread resurrection here but......was your centre pipe a scorpion one or the original GSI one? I would have thought the scorpion back boxes would have a larger diameter pipe than standard

I'm still undecided but if someone can tell me it will fit then i'll go for it

i just removing the centre section and replaced it with a straight through pipe that size clamped on, i know when i did mine it didnt make a difference to the sound but the turbo spool was mega mega loud and the centre section soon went back on

Did you have a back box on when you did that Rich?

I have been looking at getting one from these people for my 2.2 direct for my standard twin back boxes but the feedback they have which is all private has a lot of negs about poor fitting and brackets in the wrong place, kinda puts you off

Yeah mate i tried it with my scorpions on it the normal back box's should fit right on ive cut mine up or i would have gave you it lol

When i tried to fit mine it didnt look like the Y was in the right angle when you put the back box's on.

so to answer your question @John IS3 no back boxes...
