    Default Oil sucker ?

Anyone use an oil sucker to save having to roll about under the car to do an oil change?

If you do what one do you use and how well do they work?

No way they'd get all the oil out. Wouldn't use one myself.

My Z22YH holds 5 litres of oil as per the manual. My oil sucker removed 5 litres of oil from the sump, it deffo removed all the oil.
Still it is personal preference as to what you use, me, I will be sticking with my sucker .

    Yep very easy to use.

Run the engine upto temp, I took my car for a run to fully circulate and mix the oil.

Back at home, remove the filler cap to open the engine to atmospheric pressure, remove the dipstick, insert the sucker tube, start sucking and when the oil is flowing its time for a brew and a bacon butty.

When you have finished brekkie the sump is empty

Don't like them. What about the bits that gather up over time? Sump plug out for me, everytime. But that's just me!

Unless you take the sump off and clean it out even the plug will leave gunk behind...
