    Been putting it off for ages and getting rather abit of a belly so finally got mysef bk into the weights and feel so good even just after a few days

    Yeah ive been training 6months now, with a proper routine and diet and seeing the results must say i feel alot healthier now.. well done mate keep at it!

    I started training at a young age and always tried to maintain it. Your body has muscle memory and I find I can work away for a month may lose a few kg from not training but still stay in good shape and easily put it back on when I return home. Could not imagine not ever training again just love going heavy and that feeling!
    Keep it up and well done all too easy to quit!

    if im honest i do find the gym to easy to quit as i have done in the past i need to realise results wont be seen for quite awhile so this time im trying my best

    I treat the gym as one of those things I need to do to function like breathing. After doing it for so many years I don't even think about it I get changed hit the gym its as natural as getting up and going to work or cooking when ou want to eat. Keep at it and it soon falls into place and remember sometimes its GOOD to have a week off and let your body recover overtraining is just as bad as not training.
