    Default is my gsi lowered?

when funds permit looking at pi 45/45 lowering springs for my gsi. however when i compare my gsi to a standard 1 it already appears lower to me. would anyone agree, with estimate of drop? have included pic of spring.

Looks it to me too, 45mm gives me about a finger gap on 19's and correct tyres, if you have standard tyres the circumference should be similar so maybe 30mm?!?
