Default Help signum stuck in the snow

Ok got the signum stuck in the snow, was driving down a one track country road which was very icy as i started to get to the end on the right there was a little drop and a field and i slipped on ice and ended up falling down into the field tried getting it out no luck car wont move foward or back wheels just spin no matter what gear!

went down to find the farmer today to say ill get it out as soon as i can, she said ill call the police to check its not stolen and then ill come help you so i was there standin in the cold she never came back

any ideas how to get it out the road is like a sheet of ice so i dunno how something could pull me out there car will just spin! and the snow on the field is just above your ankle any suggestions!

also can i get in any trouble with my car being in a field!

Good old farmers tractor will pull u out no bother, heavy enough and big enough wheels that the ice/snow shouldn't have too big an effect

That bl..dy farmer sounds very unhelpful I'm a farm worker and would help anybody who has slide of the roads around here. Only thing I could suggest is some old bits of carpet can aid grip on your front wheels. also let some pressure out you front tyres

As said above get something under the front wheels. Ideally waffle boards but you're not likely to have them to hand.
A 4wd with a winch would be a good bet for getting it. More than likely needing some straps to anchor itself against. Otherwise he'll only be winching himself towards you.
    Good luck fella

Try old carpet? Sometimes can use old carpet to get a grip? Careful over revving as you may wrap your wheels with it, or shoot it out.
