Nutrition is a big part of it buddy, they say its 70% nutrition 30% training when it comes to changing your body. It does take time for your body to get into fat burning mode. Have you thought about doing some weight training?

Slap sign yourself up at myfitnesspal.com put your details in there and then start inputting your diet etc, you will see what you are eating, I lost a stone in just over a month last year. Its so good I found that I was even able to still have a bag of crisps and a chocolate bar most days. Its amazing to see what your eating, plus if you burn 1000 calories you get that back food wise. BTW cycling is a great way to exercise and loose weight as its great for cardio and not hard on your joints.

To lose that much you want to hit the weights, High intensity training is a million times better to bike rides and jogging. You burn most of your fat with short bursts of high heart rate / short rest periods...

My diet is rediculous, but i do weights 4 times per week and weekend sprint circuits, I'm actually drinking beer while i type but i'm a reasonably lean 15st... lol

As above mate, after a weights session your body is still burning calories up to 48hours after! Yep you still defo need to do cardio training but a balance between the two will see you get the best results.
