    confused how do I fit a travel assistant

    Just bought a travel assistant for my siggy in its standard form it never had one fitted so I wonted to know if the wiring is there to just plug in or are they a pig of a job to fit

    Do you have the base and everything you need to fit?

    If not most of the parts are no longer available and you will have great difficulty getting it fitted.

    Got the base and the travel assistant with the instructions and thats it mate r they hard to fit

    Yeah, to fit properly you'll need the fitting kit (this MUST include the 4 locating pegs from the centre seat). It's no longer available to buy so you'll have to scout round scrappers for a siggy with one in. It's a pig of a job to strip one out as some of the cables go to the REC and the rest go off towards the HU down the drivers side rat run. You'll need a piggy back fuse holder for the fuse hole in the rear fuse box too.

    unfortunately not mate unless you have the flap in the floor? I found a scrap siggy with one in. The guys at the yard thought i was mental taking 4 hrs to strip just that little thing out. I agreed a price before they realised how valuable it was
