The flexi pipe is absolutely fine. It is definitely coming from the CAT. Will take it out for a good blat shortly to give it a good thrashing

if anything is good for it a good long run where it can be constantly at a high temp will help clear it out.. Kill or cure you could say..

Are you not getting any fault codes relating to emissions?

No emissions fault codes only throttle actuator which I've had for about 18 months. The problem is it fills up the engine bay and this is then sucked in the car. Might take a drive towards southampton and give her a blow out. The Mrs only drives about 5-6 miles each way to work so not getting up to Temp. DPF is currently 102% saturated. When driving along it's not too bad but as soon as you stop it comes in

Oh and idling has become a little lumpy of late as you can probably tell in the vid

you may want to drive it further than that to clear it and do a dpf regen.... plus if you go near Southampton don't forget to pack your stab vest. lol

from that vid though it does look like you have some sort of exhaust leak, there is also an awful tractor like noise coming from it as well

Went from mine to Fawley and it cleared the DPF to 8%. No smoke coming from the area. Went for a brew round a mates house and on starting up smoke again

For trips to Southampton you also need a pocket translator
