Post Vectra C 1.9 2006 Facelift - Front Passenger footwell full of water

    Hi Everyone,

This is my first post so hopefully this is correct.

I have a Vectra C 1.9 diesel Facelift and I have got two small wet patches one in the front passenger footwell and one on the same side in the back. I have checked drain plug under front passenger window wiper and is free and clean. I have bought a new pollen filter housing and is ready to go on.

I peeled back the front passenger carpet and underlay to find a fish bowl of water in the bottom.

    Please any ideas.

    Many Thanks

Been checking online and someone mentioned that the pollen filter housing has a seal round it and that the water could be getting in there, I have bought a new one but with all this snom i havent had time to fit it.

Oh the water is clean not dirty. Suppose its snow.....

    Any thoughts guys.

    Thanks again

thanks for telling me about the other drain, could you describe roughly where the other one is. Checked the door seal on the front looks ok and not cracked in any way.
