My latest bumper modification

So, after a small deviation from the road on Saturday night, I now have a self-styled front bumper on my vectra.

D'oh!

Does anyone know if the non-genuine OE spec bumper skins on ebay are any good? Or is it worth holding out for a genuine one to come up second hand?
Also does a facelift signum bumper fit the vectra?

Yes signum bumpers fit and I would personally get a second hand bumper and have it resprayed at least then you know it'll fit

Vectra and Signum fronts are the same.

Maybe VXR bumper time

Mmm VXR would be nice..

I have patched it up for now with some ally and rivets, and blanked out where the fog goes - will do for the rest of winter I think.
Right, ebay time lol.

spent ages looking at this first pic, wondering what trim your car was to have the fogs located in the corner of the lower grill.

Then realised that's the bit the road modified for ya.

I would wait for an original spec bumper to come along, and if VXR or XP one comes along in that time, the happy days.

Could always buy an aftermarket front bumper, test fit it, and if it fits well then get it sprayed.

Aftermarket will never be the same grills won't fit right nor will fogs get a genuine used there is plenty out there and remember every bumper except the life and vxr are all Sri front bumpers
