Hi
Today I tested idle(engine and all electronics were off) energy consumption of my car. I got 0,17 Amps and voltage was 13,8. So consumption is 0,17x13,8~2,3W.
Is it normal?

Really nobody haven't measured idle energy consumption?
i am not having a dig, but why would we... I would test the battery or the alternator if I suspected a fault to do with them..
Seems a reasonable figure - it's running the alarm, door control modules, radio memory, ECU memory, clocks and potentially climate control system and various other things. 170mA really isn't a lot for all that.
I recently had problem with electrical windows that were not shutting properly because of ice and motor of electrical window had voltage on until my battery became flat.
So I measured before(when fault was on) and after amps, now I am curious is normal value?
