WTF!!

Just a quick one (more venting than anything) im an engineer, mainy electrical but mechanical too. Just wanted to point out iv never in my life other than in my job come across such mindless brain dead ****tard idiots!

heres a few examples

:I get called out at 8am having just finished a 13.5 hour shift at 5am (allready not happy) i then get dressed in to my work gear, hop in the motor drive for 25 minutes, and what do i find? The machine that had broken down wasnt broken at all THEY DIDNT SWITCH IT ON!!!!

:Today one of the cleaners noticed an actuator slightly loose on a 250 grand machine while he was cleaning away so decides to rip out some tools from the boot of his PROTON! and have a bash while im home asleep, why he didnt call me out il never know, he does for everything else. now common sence would suggest this NOB would have tightend it back up......oooohhhh no, he rips it off altogether, rips off all the air lines which is now pi55ing out 10 bar of air pressure and whistles off to carry on his mopping, slaps this thing on my desk to find at 6am!

Im i just being picky or am i right in saying this man 1 can short of a 6pack! GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Yeah its a PITA but think yourself lucky you have a job. You seem pretty angry, especially about the fact the cleaner has a Proton. maybe thats all he can afford, maybe he has no interest in cars whatsoever and only wants something to transport him A-B. Ease up buddy!

Your moaning they called you out for something they didn't touch and then about something they did touch, I know life is stessfull at times and some jobs are cr*p but some things you've just got to get on with.

That's the thing, they shouldn't touch it but surley if you are gonna touch it then use common sence. And the proton comment is down to this idiot slagging my car off so he clearly has an interest in cars. You'd be angry aswell mate if you did 13-14 hhour shifts then got called out because they couldn't be bothered to hit the on button, I'm award in lucky to have a job but to put up with that and be moaned about because I'm not there enough is unreal!

And not forgetting we've had meetings about staff and him specifically touching things he's not supposed to and he's causing me extra time and effort i could be spending fixing other machines
