    Question Can someone help me?

    I'm looking at 2 different possiable properties (without her here to advise) and nee some other opinions, i prefer the first but just wondered what other people thought.

    no2 does it for me mate all though it is not furnished . i like a more traditional house first one is to modern for me but what do i know lol on the plus side it has a good garden for lazing in on the nice summer days to come

    Tru i wouldn't mind havin a garden but i like the look of the first one's style. I can't decide.

    not at that price once u added ur council tax and other bills u could be talkin a grand a month to live there

    no.3 is probably just the on road parking space LOL, id go for no2, prefer houses to flats

    #2 . It will be energy efficient, small enough to fill with not too much furniture, better looking and probably a quiet road location.

    Flats are a mare btw, I had one 12 yrs, some of the things that I found annoying are the ability to hear and be heard by the other residents, finding dreglife on the stairwell at 3am.
