Which is the better gasket manufacturer?

Fai or elring, all i can seem to get my hnds at the moment is elring, just wondered if id be fitting an inferior gasket?

Elring are very good, used many times whilst rebuilding my old redtop!

used to be a professional engine builder and id rate elring amoung the best, built 100's of engines with elring sets and couldnt really fault them
