Mounting personal items in display box

Bit of an unusual one this but it's crap outside so worth a shot. Its a month from the wife's birthday (shes 33 weeks pregnant) and I know what I want to get her it's just I'm not sure where to start. She's got her late grandfather's old hand wood plain tucked away in our shed, he was a chippy by trade and passed away before we got together but they were very close.

I'd like to get it mounted in a plastic display box, along with a photo of them both together and an engraved plaque, and possibly some proper wood shavings for it all to sit on. I could probably source all the bits separately and do it myself but it wouldn't be the same as a professional job.

I'm thinking try local trophy shops first and take it from there. Has anyone done this sort of thing before or got a lead to go on? Preferably somewhere in Hertfordshire so I can pop in and check on its progress.
