Anyone fitted whole gear selector unit?

Looked at the howto on fitting vxr stick, but has anyone fitted the whole unit as in not just stick, if so what needs to be removed to get at the 4 fixings, does the console get in the way?

Do u have a bottom base if so remove the 4 torx screws that will remove it then u just need to remove the 4 torx screws on ya vectra one and replace it it a 2 min job

just this minuit finished doing mine, took a little longer as dropped the torq screwdrive down the how before I finished doing the screws up

Cheers guys, I have the whole assembly inc base brand new in the box so would rather replace the lot with new
