Help needed 1.9cdti 150 manifold fitting Fareham

very very sad day, the time has come :-(
Help needed to fit vectra 1.9cdti 150 manifold in the fareham area.

due to not having a bottomless pocket I can not afford garage prices but am very willing to pay someone from here if they know what there doing as Ive see the how2 and its out of my depth I think.

Looking forward to hearing from someone plzz

mine is shot, I changed the oil yesterday and noticed it was ****ed, cant drive the car over 3000rpm now :-(

Won't it rev past 3k, you sure its the manifold and not the boost solenoid?

inlet manifold wont cause that problem as above, your looking for something else i believe.. unless you can hear air gushing out from the inlet manifold

positive as bearings have gone, on swirl 1 is stuck. no 2 moves with a screwdriver (swivels) 3 stuck as expected (actuator) 4leaking oil and is loose as hell (bearings)and since i tried to put the bar back on the engine management light is on (alligned all tumbles) and lose of power as expected. desperate to get this sorted

would like to have helped, done one before, but got commitments till early feb, and dont fancy doing one in the snow again

much appreciated, really love the car but ive had nothing but problems because of garages that dont know what there doing. flywheel and clutch at a cost of 1300 and had a rattle and clutch sticking down since

... just need someone who knows what there doing.

for the time being... unplug egr & bond the swirls into the 10 oclock position, you will find the motor will then drive as it should until you get chance to have the work done.
