    Anyone else tried them?

60 days to get fit. Giving it a go an see what happens as getting rather fat since I left the army and consequently don't get any time to box anymore either.

took the fitness before and nearly passed out lol

No but tomorrow I join a gym. Days of pain ahead. I need it though as I have accumulated a stone in weight in the last year.

I just do a 10 min morning and 20 min evening work out at home. 60 sit ups, 50 press ups and some planks in the morning and free weights in the evening (or bench pressing my 8 year old lad as he thinks its funny as hell). I try to cycle once a week too (again kids in tow) - I used to pay for a gym, but never had the time to go, have lost more weight and got a lot fitter doing this than going to the gym. Get to exercise and spend more time with the monsters...

Yep I did it and if you are diciplined and stick to the training and eat correctly then it serioisly works. I had to give up half way through as I agitated an old injury in my hip. Im at headley court now on a hip and groin rehab course, hoping to get back to full fitness soon!

We've started using them at work, at lunchtime, or busy periods to get some members out of the gym to ease the congestion...give the plyometric one a go ..lol ..
