    Not exactly. Pre-facelifts (and some early facelifts) (including 1.9CDTI's) had TC as standard on all engines except 1.8. On facelifts (except for some early ones) TC only available with ESP, and only fitted if vehicle has a V6 engine or has ESP or IDS as a cost option.

    On the pre-facelift TC was a standalone option fitted as standard on all engines except 1.8 (fitted on 1.8 if ESP specified).

    i retro fitted tc to my cdti all it needed was a new abs module and tech2. my module was from a 2.0dti so whats stopping it from working on a 1.8vvti?

    If he gets the 4001 fitted to his car and make sure the wiring is there he can have ABS/TC as well...

    how much do you want yours to read ABS/TC/ESP huh lol
