Has anyone found a way of repairing / sealing / replacing Dab aerial base without paying £225 to the stealers, bearing in mind mine is held together with electric tape and can’t possibly be repaired or can it??
Any info will be appreciated….

Same problem as trying to get a seal for the Sat Nav bases.
Was going to try and cut a new base from a rubber sheet, altough it will not have a lip. I also keep looking at other car aerials hoping to spot a similar sizes one.
Think it needs to be about 100mm X 55mm.
I used Sugru https://sugru.com/ - Resistant to most things and nicely mouldable, and completely waterproof.
Make a mould with Timber & a Router with a cove bit fitted, then push the sugru in and let it go off for a few mins before removing from your mould.
Clean up the inner surface with a scalpel and fit onto the antenna base.
