Get Yourself To Your Doctor Fella !!!! If but not only to set your mind at rest, but more importantly to make sure that there isn't anything to be concerned over.

BUT do it Now and Not Later, and don't try to give "us" your excuses for not going matey, it won't wash !!

Think you have an infection there mate, you need to see your doc--try some warmed olive oil in your ear [not too much] and put some cotton wool in to stop it running out all over your shirt.I have had the same probs but mines with shooting over 30 odd years, nowt they can do for my ears lol----Dave

I would go and see a doc, the wooshing sounds reminds me when I ruptured my ear drum, healed after a few weeks, don't go putting anything in your ear as if its ruptured you will make it worse , guess you could try and see if you can "pop" your ears not literally but the type you do when diving to equalize pressure, try using the Lowry Technique, would indicate if its ruptured if you can't.

I've had to suffer this for a few years now aswell mate. It isn't nice. Mine came about after an ear infection which damaged the inside of the ear. Try putting a warm cloth behind your ear, if it is gunk causing it that should ease it. Could also be sinuses causing it. I've went to an osteopath a few times and it helps it. But it ain't cheap. However, you need to get a doctors diagnosis first

If you find yourself worrying about it and your heart rate increases try this. Hold your breath and push out hard like you are trying to squeeze out a massive turd and your face goes red for 10 seconds (seriously). This resets the signal from your brain to your heart and your heart rate should slow down to normal again

Also dont listen to any loud music or wear any in-ear headphones for a while as they may also have the infection on them.
