MOT Failure Anti-roll bar linkage ball joint problems need advice

hi i have just had an MOT but it had failed on the failure sheet it say's Reasons for refusal = Nearside and Offside front anti roll bar linkage ball joint dust cover excessively deteriorated so that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt. and in the Advisory items i have nearside and offside front anti roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint could someone tell me please what i have to change Thank you.

If they are the originals and have lasted 6 years, that is good going
However, check the previous MoT as this should have been picked up by an advisory, I would be very surprised if they suddenly detriorated to this state within 12 months

I fitted a pair to a customers car ( he supplied his own from local car parts shop ) 3 or 4 months later he brought his car in for MOT & I failed it on the pair of them as the rubber had perished & fell apart on both .
