    Default VCMMI setup

I've just emailed the Caska to get a quote for a fully loaded VCCMI setup so I don't lose the Satnav or bluetooth functionality I currently have with my CD70... adding the reverse camera, headrest screens, freeview too.

The reason I'm posting this is to find out if anyone has any experience of of the VCMMI? I've done a search but it's not turned up much and I don't want to be a guinea pig for something that could be a complete pile of poop. Any input please

Been a few years since I had one and sat nav at best was poor. Could easily be changed a think

the rest of its not to bad was bit of a pain that couldn't tilt screen etc

but for the price and as an in one package its pretty good

The satnav was worse that VXL satnav?... I'm impressed that they make such a thing. I rarely use satnav but it's nice to have so I could live with it.

How was the build quality and feel of it Critch? Was it easy to navigate and install?

Not sure compared to vxl I've only had limited experience with that I meant compared to my tomtom

    very easy to navigate around.

screen quality is average but that comparing to 1k units

the unit its self felt ok. And was as good as the cd30 I swapped it with.

i had it fitted to my Astra so that was another reason I fitted it. As it looked OEM

visit Astra owners network some of lads on their will be able to give you a more up to date view on the latest model

Would be good if they done a unit that basicly looked like the cd70 and used the cid acreen thru the rgb cqble as DVD etc. So u would have alot more funtions etc

Just had a browse and the general opinion on AON is that this is better in most areas.

I'm the same, I only tend to go on when I need to find something out, usually relating to DTUK, it's changed quite a bit by the looks of it.
