help with code

hi , the check safeguard warning has started to appear in my vec , here is the code it throws up ......
B2955 - Anti Theft Warning System Sensor Datalink no Communication
(0F) - Present.

now I have checked fuses , the ribbon connection on sensor etc .
pulling my hair out now , any ideas guys ?

Is it an estate? Apparantly the anti-break element in the rear side windows break down.

no mate hatch , guess its gonna have to be buy another sensor see if its that ?

Try checking the internal ultrasonic sensors

how ? lock the car with window down and stick my arm in ??? see if alarm sounds ?

tried locking/alarming it with window open stuck my head and arms in and the alarm never sounded , also tried it with the dash button pressed same .
alarm does sound when I open door using key so this makes me think its the pir sensor thing thats goosed ?

Take them out, check the connections to them and clean the faces carefully incase there is any foreign objects on them? Worth a try!

had it all stripped out again today , the ultrasonic sensor does not pick up movement . all other aspects of the alarm works fine ?
anyone on here got a spare lying around I could buy ?

check the fuses have a read of this thread
