I paid a total of £110 but that included the car pass and the tech 2 session for a 3 button flip key they even supplied me with a opel branded one when I went to get it programmed the service guy was apologising about it the mechanic came in after programming it and said " I don't think the badge will be a prob to him his car is virtually opel "lol

There are far less expensive ways of sorting out a Vectra flip key than the Vx option. BUT if you're going to use Vx, then don't forget to get 25% off the total using your Masterfit Membership

What would you recommend. Basically I paid £950 for my Vectra DTi, but one key only. No way I'm paying over £100 for a ****** key lol.

You get a key supplied and "cut to code" from one of the many autolocksmiths who can supply a "virginised" key. Then you can use an inexpensive device to program it yourself.

If you want an auto locksmith contact, then I can let you have the details for someone who has helped out quite a few members on here , just send me a PM fella.

I should add, that for anyone to be able to use a service like this whether or not from Vx, then you will need your car pass security/key details. I'm afraid you will just have to bite the bullet on that if you don't already have that.

Masterfit Club membership should get you 25% discount off keys from Vx, it may also get you 25% discount off your car pass, but I have yet to try that one.
