My mate's heaters when he turns ignition on there loud clicks mad it ao does it when he turns the temp rhwn work om all settings Speeds but it very weak not very powerful

remove passenger kick panel its a black box about size of pack of fags pink/ red rod atattached probably has tooth missing on cog

What would cause the low power

Perhaps heater resistor fault.

wouldn't be able to give you an easier answer on that one.

check fuses an relays would be a start.
See how much powers is actually getting their

the speed is due to resistance so high resistance low fan speed low resistance high fan speed

Al have a look mate. The noise when he turns ignition on its quite a loud clucking sound as thou summit was stuck so that will be the 're circ
