Head light tinting

Got a spare headlight from a fellow member TRAVEC19 (cheers m8) with the intention of cutting open to black the chrome inside heres how i got on.
First i cut open with the dremel


Then rubbed down and primed


Then painted matt black


Then reasembled unit



Then ground around the edge of base and front glassthen bonded back together and placed on car to see how it looked





What do you think guys and girls?

If you put the light in an oven you can unbond them without cutting, just make sure its electric lol...

Was it hard to split? As I want to do my chrome rings in orange or grey, would buy a second set first like you have done.....

No m8 was not that hard i just took my time. bit buy bit and all that.
