Can anyone point me in the right direction to a how to?

Or anyone got any pictures and instruction /advice on how to do it?

    Thanks

Ok, does anyone know the dimensions I would need if I was to order a pipe to replace the dpf?

Was gonna say, sure there's a visual inspection of the DPF coming soon to the M.O.T's?

If its only a visual inspection then removing the innards should be ok. Or, I could fit a piece of pipe instead and refit dpf for the mot.

Is it a seperate piece that can be unbolted or does it need cutting out?

    Default

Go to a good diy store and buy an 18 inch long 10mm masonry drill bit .
Remove the dpf then with the flange side down place it on a board then drill the guts out from the pipe end on hammer action.

Also make sure you cover the floor with an old sheet or something cos the guts are very messy and will be a pig ti clean off of the floor.

Also if you can do this the day before or the morning of the remap. It will put the car into limp mode but the map is better done with a clean flowing exhaust.

    Good luck and enjoy
