Snow!

I usually love snow but I've just walked a mile home after having to abandon the car at the side of the road along with countless others due to the snow on the roads being so horrific. Haven't seen a single plough, gritter or cop. Actually thats a lie, I spotted a police car out my window stuck on a roundabout like the rest of us. (see below!) Cars are sliding all over the road like toys its insane. I hear its not too bad even in glasgow but this is mental!

My God, that appeared a bit quick, didn't it!?!?! We have just had horrible scary gale-like wind blowing all morning, rattling even our high tech office double glazing. Wonder if the snow is going to work its way down to us?!?!

Could be I think its the start for a lot of places. My Dad works in Glasgow, only 20miles away but even he thinks im making this up, he says its snowing but wet there, and when he left the house at 7 this morning there wasn't a patch here. Just had to email him those pics to prove it!

If it snows we'll be stuck in the station... we don't have the vehicles to cope with that type of weather. We'll probably end up borrowing land rovers off the TA if it gets that bad down here which I doubt it will!!!)

Yep, same here - blowing like a good 'un down here. Already taken done a neighbours fence a couple of doors down!

Ahhh Snow... I remember that when I was a Kid.... throwing snowballs... those were the days

Just got massive wind at the moment.... so to speak

EDIT: I've just counted 5 Panel Fences gone !! - one being my own !! (Only just had one repaired from the last wind !!)

The shed roof just blew off, and is now in the neighbours flower bed

We had the snow early David, stopped after about 3-4 inches up at my work, not much fun in a long wheelbase transit
