    Default Snowflake centre cap badges

Does anyone know how easily the griffin badge comes off the rest of the centre cap? I'm looking at swapping it for the new style griffin, would update the car a treat.

Is it just the griffin or does it come off with the darker grey disc it's mounted on? Any pics of what they look like before I go for it?

Been investigating and it seems that if I remove the griffin from the centre cap there is a recess. I need to source flat centre caps that I could stick the Insignia griffin to as it seems the grey disc part off the Insignia is slightly larger.

All i did was use a bit of carbon fibre sticky sheet to cover the grey bit you mean to bridge that recess.. the new Insignia badge will then sit on the raised part and look ok

Could be an option, but I'd need to buy the centre caps anyway to get the Insignia badge.

I've found the part I need and got a part number but prices on eBay are all over the place! Do we have anyone who works at a dealership on here, like a parts guru? Lol.

    the full cap strips down.

the grey part strips off the silver part and the griffin/blitz comes off the grey part.

I sussed that out earlier. But I'd still need to buy a set of caps to get hold of the newer style griffin badges. I have ordered some that should fit straight in

Been playing with a centre cap and a new style griffin. The grey disc part it slightly smaller but once in the wheel I don't think it will be noticeable......
