    Default MAS Performance

Just sent a 'Contact us' off via there website for a quote on a remap on our 2008 Estate CDTI 150 incl EGR map out and DPF removal.

What sort of cost will be reasonable from MAS? I know many on here recommend the work of Ben @ MAS to looking forward to it.

He will do the physical DPF removal too? Or just the software?

    Cheers

    Ant

I got a quote of £200 from a local mas performance rep. Hes based in northamptonshire, im in milton keynes.

His quote was for performance remap, egr delete and dpf delete. I plan to remove the dpf innards myself.

Just waiting for him to come bavk from a new year holiday and then ill arrange for him to carry out the work.

    Thats not a bad quote.

I read on there site that they have a DPF replacement pipe - so I would go with that I think and keep the DPF if I ever needed to return to standard (cant think why mind).

Lets see what Ben comes back with

Yeah I thought that was very reasonable. Im sure you could pick up a pipe yourself if you knew the dimensions needed.

My map cost me £200 from chiptuners june/july last year and that was a group deal for a EGR delete only. So if you get that quote for both, that's a bargain. I want to get mt DPF deleted and removed.

Mas should be 350 for the remap, egr delete and dpf removal (including fitting dpf replacement pipe)

    Default

I've just been quoted £210 for remap amd egr delete from local MAS, there are others who'd do it for £150 or beat any genuine quotes.
