    Default quick hid question

Im just looking at some hid kits on ebay.

However, id just like to know how easy they are to connect up.

Are the kits just plug and play or do they need wiring in. Do they use the existing headlight wiring? Ive got projector headlights.

This is the item number of the kit im looking at on ebay.

    270591842156

If someone could have a butchers and let me know please id be grateful.

    Cheers

    Chris

The only real non plug and pray bit is that your have to drill a 25mm hole in the cover that comes off the back of the headlight so the wiring goes through the middle of it.

The rest is pretty easy to install.

    Ah your in Milton K's.

Not to far from me so if you do get the kit I would be more than happy to fit it for you. Free of course.

Just had a look at the spec of these on ebay and I reckon you have chosen well mate (cannot comment on the dealer, or the specific kit, but you got metal based bulbs which shouldn't give you any mounting issues whatsoever)

This is the kit I used and most other people too. Just decide on the colour but 4300k or 5000k is about right.
But you can also choose 35w instead of 50w, but I cant see the point in getting a dimmer set when the whole idea is to get as much light as possible out of the headlights.
